 Shipping and handling

We ship within Australia and overseas to New Zealand, UK, Canada and USA.

How are orders posted?

We send via Australia Post and you will receive an email with a tracking number advising when your order has shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be sent within 2-4 business days. (excluding weekends).

Returns and exchanges 

Any faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.  Please allow 7 days for us to process a refund or ship out your replacement item.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

My item is faulty, what do I do? 

Please advise us within 7 days of receiving your purchase of either a damaged or or faulty product.  We will be in touch with you to discuss the matter.  You as the consumer is responsible for return postage costs.
