Shipping and handling

We ship within Australia.

How are orders posted?

Via Australia Post and  you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

During sale time please allow extra time for your order to be processed.

Returns and exchanges 

Any faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  Please allow 7 days for us to process a refund or ship out your replacement item.

My item is faulty, what do I do? 

Please advise us within 7 days of receiving your purchase of either a damaged or or faulty product.  We will be in touch with you to discuss the outcome.  The consumer is responsible for return postage costs.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
