Erin Lightfoot Earrings

ERIN LIGHTFOOT is a print designer and ceramicist based in Brisbane. For almost a decade she has been dedicated to building a ceramics studio creating small, unique porcelain ranges.

All work is made in house by Erin and a small skilled team who include her husband Tang and brother Jono. 

Working with porcelain, Erin creates simple forms which are thoughtfully decorated with subtly-hued colour schemes and geometric pattern. 

Her work draws inspiration from past movements including the Bauhaus, Modernist and Art Deco periods as well as patterning techniques from around the world. She pulls these influences together to create ceramics that feel both contemporary and slightly reminiscent. 

Believing that objects hold a story, she places much care on their creation.

BACKGROUND:

In 2011, Erin created her first range of porcelain bangles which were featured in Vogue Australia. Since then, her range has expanded with a focus on creating that which is original yet classic and very wearable.
