There are two words to describe our Sticky Quince Syrup - indulgent and versatile. This rich and moreish syrup pairs perfectly with roast duck and pork. It can also be used as the base flavour of ice-cream, served on a cheese board or as a base for a salad dressing.

Ingredients: Quince juice (41%), water (41%), sugar, lemon. 

Bottle 340g / Storage: Suitable to be kept in your pantry, refrigeration not required. Shelf Life: 24 months unopened.

Think figs dried in the Riverland sun and marinated in a decadent sticky quince syrup. Eat them straight from the jar, they're prefect on a cheese platter or warmed as a dessert. And don't waste the syrup – swirl it through ice cream, drizzle it over salads or use it as the secret ingredient on your weekend grazing platter.
